91st Engineer Battalion Reunion

Two years ago, a small group of 91st Engineer Battalion soldiers came together for our first-ever reunion.  Last year, we expanded the number of soldiers attending, had a blast, and we all agreed that we need to make it much bigger in 2018.  So, here we are!  On September 21-22, we will come together once again.

Just outside of San Antonio, TX in Seguin, Craig Russell and his family have constructed an incredible memorial on their ranch, the SS American Memorial at the Lazy U Ranch, dedicated to our heroes.  To learn more about the SS American Memorial, click here. On September 22, 2018, all 91st Engineer Battalion soldiers and their families are invited to come celebrate together.  The reunion will kickoff at 3:00 PM (or 1500 for those still in the military :)).  We'll float on the river, kayak, play some games (by platoon), have a few drinks and just enjoy hanging out.  That evening, we'll have a small ceremony, relive some memories, and we'll honor those who are no longer with us.

In addition to our reunion on September 22nd, WISH for OUR HEROES (a military charity) is hosting their annual gala with San Antonio Spurs (and other local celebrities) on Friday, September 21st in San Antonio, TX.  Details can be found at www.whiskeyandwishes.org.  ALL 91st Engineer Battalion soldiers (and their families) attending the reunion will be given free tickets to attend the gala as guests of WISH for OUR HEROES.  Tickets are normally $150 each.  It's an incredible event, and we would love for all of you to be part of it.

Cathleen Totin Burrell is the organizer and primary POC.  We recommend flying into San Antonio on Friday, attending the gala on Friday night, then the reunion on Saturday.  IMPORTANT:  If you plan on attending the gala or the reunion, please register ASAP.  The gala is selling out quickly, and we want to make sure your spot is reserved.
